BOLLYWOOD-A Story UNTOLD!!!! #3

My latest today.Do check out...

And here we are at last at the third installment of what has been a phenomenal view post. I thank everyone who have read and shared my idea of the the unsung (anti-) heroes of Bollywood that shares little or no arc-light as it's god-ly counterparts. But nevertheless we never cease to forget them. How can one forget that famous smirking quote "Mona, Darling." or the blood chilling laughter of Gabbar. Immortalized by some of the greatest men who have, as I already said in the first post, graced the silver screen.

yet I would like to end this final installment of the series by saying the lines that are true and important. And ignored also. The villains slithers away with or without even little accolades unlike their protagonist counterparts. They are most of the time kicked, hated abused and resemble little or no screen space or image and to top that he pay sucks, given the amount of sweat their brow engenders. Plus like most of the heroes they don't have versatility. That means they don't get a varied amount of role as the lead actor gets in the movies. A villain is only glorified, as his hero makes him. This instead of delivering hits.

Although scenarios are changing. Now a days the villains are also considered separate actors and films are being made based on their characters, where they not only receive the punches and kicks stoically but also delivers them. Where, most importantly they get to win.. We have seen movies like Dhoom and prince glorifying thieves and movies like Paan Singh Tomar being made on biopics of dacoits while Dawood Ibrahim, the world's top most wasted villain boasts of a slew of films being made on his name like D-day or Once upon a time in Mumbai and sequel. While villains like Vidyut Jamwal is having a great time having played a villain and a hero in consecutive movies. So it seems that playing the role of villain isn't that bad after all, given that recognition are pouring in for the most critical bad guy.

Thanks for staying with me guys. promise to bring loads of good shit  in the future (that if you're not satisfied with this good shit) and till then enjoy, Junkyard of Thoughts. And as for the unsung heroes of Bollywood; the best is yet to come. Ain't it guys.

Happy reading.
